This integrative service is fully customizable to your needs. It combines the gentle touch of Craniosacral work with Swedish and Trigger Point techniques to promote muscular release and deep relaxation. Therapeutic Massage improves circulation, boosts metabolism, reduces and prevents chronic pain, and enhances mobility and range of motion in joints and muscles. It also supports emotional well-being, offering relief from anxiety and depression.

Drawing from both Hatha and Vinyasa traditions, she integrates mindfulness and tailored asana to address your unique physical constrictions and energetic needs.

Whether your goal is to build strength, release tension, or unwind the deeper layers of fascia, Olivia will collaborate with you to create a practice that supports your intentions—offering expert guidance to help you reach your goals. You’ll leave feeling grounded, open, and revitalized.

Somatic Emotional Release 

Integrate and resolve the roots of challenging emotions, patterns, and memories that may arise during a Craniosacral session.
Subconscious thoughts and repressed feelings can shape our physiology, just as the sensations in our bodies influence our thoughts and emotions. These interactive sessions focus on the emotional layers of somatic (body-centered) pain that manifest as physical symptoms. Through guided self-inquiry and non-judgmental witnessing, we create space for emotions to be seen and felt. When we turn toward what we’ve been avoiding, pain often begins to dissipate. By meeting ourselves with loving-kindness and compassion—embracing every fragmented piece—we open the door to healing and invite greater freedom in both body and mind.​

Hard Palette Rebalancing 

Extend your Craniosacral session inside of your mouth! Inner mouth work is a specailzed extension of Craniosacral Therapy. Gloved hands are gently used inside the mouth to release restrictions in the jaw, temporomandibluar joint (TMJ), and upper neck.

Hard Palette Rebalancing is Recommended for: 

  • TMJD (jaw clenching)

  • Headaches & Migraines 

  • Fascial Tension & Asymmerty

  • Emotional holding patterns stored in the jaw

  • Dental Trauma or Grinding

When you book a session with Sunyata Embodiment you can expect a choice of aroma therapy to begin the session, along with guided breath work to settle into your body. To end the session a small sound bath with palo santo to cleanse and clear any lingering stagnant energy.
