These interactive sessions focus on the emotional layers of somatic (body-centered) pain that manifest as physical symptoms. Through guided self-inquiry and non-judgmental witnessing, we create space for emotions to be seen and felt. When we turn toward what we’ve been avoiding, pain often begins to dissipate. By meeting ourselves with loving-kindness and compassion—embracing every fragmented piece—we open the door to healing and invite greater freedom in both body and mind.

When you book a session with Sunyata Embodiment you can expect a choice of aroma therapy to begin the session, along with guided breath work to settle into your body. To end the session a small sound bath with palo santo to cleanse and clear any lingering stagnant energy.
