Hello I am Olivia, Owner of Sunyata Embodiment.
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the Salt Lake City area.
I graduated from Healing Mountain Massage School in the spring of 2019 with 900 practical hours. I chose to specialize in Craniosacral Therapy and Somato Emotional Release through the Upledger Institute International. Completed C1-C2 November 2023

I am also Reiki Level 2 certified.I have over 5 years of experience in various spas.
Personal History/ Background:
I have always been fascinated with the mind/body connection and how pain and disease are created. What lead me to the path of healing is my own experiences of trauma and noticing how much it effected my body and mind. This created an accelerated path of self inquiry on how to cope with loss, grief, and the various stressors of life. This loss is carved my own journey of healing and opened doorways to what want to offer others. Trauma creates an emptiness inside, a hole that feels it can never fill. It seems the missing piece to healing trauma cannot be done in isolation. We need others to witness and hold space for us even with all our fractures and broken pieces. There is a way to include an honor the purpose of emptiness itself. Like a ceramic bowl, both the structure and the space have function. Sunyata; the emptiness within form. My deepest desire is to be able to create space for you to reconnect to the embodiment of your innate wholeness.
