We share ceremonial cacao, sipping this heart‑opening medicine as we explore guided journaling prompts. The cacao warms the chest, steadies the voice, and supports clear inner listening as we reflect on the themes of the Strawberry Moon: Ripen • Root • Release.

We close with a guided Reiki infused guided-meditation, supported by hands‑on Reiki from Daniel, offering deep restoration, energetic alignment, and a return to inner balance as we step into the heart of the summer season.
