Are you ready to step into your power? An Acronym for FEAR is Face Everything And Rise. The Buck Moon in the sign of Capricorn is all about practical application of pushing through our resistance and fear of what could go wrong or what feels uncomfortable, and stepping into our personal power, shedding old patterns and beliefs that hold us back from living in alignment with our authenticity and highest heart. Join us for a two hour experience under the full moon. One hour of Vinyasa/Hatha style yoga to somatically embody our empowerment through breath and movement with Olivia. Followed by a one hour cacao ceremony including intentional journaling, and then infused with Reiki healing and guided meditation led by Daniel Fisher.
