Service Description
Enjoy privately guided breath work using pranayama techniques as well as a customized Hatha or Yin yoga flow based on your specific needs. Release fascial constrictions, increase strength, flexibility, and more importantly fluency and grounding in both your body and mind.
Cancellation Policy
Please be advised of the policies for this office. Your signature below signifies acceptance of these policies. Cancellation A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of an appointment, or you will be charged in full for the appointment. Payment is due before your next appointment. Tardiness Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment. Sickness Craniosacral and bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. Rescheduling If desired to reschedule your appointment, 24 hour notice or more will be required, there is no fee for rescheduling. If you do miss your appointment or fail to reschedule before a 24 hour period, you are then responsible for paying the missed appointment/late cancellation fees. Which will be to pay in full for the original appointment fee. Assignment of Benefits Your signature below authorizes and directs payment of your craniosacral therapeutic bodywork session to the massage/bodywork practitioner for services provided by this office.
