Service Description
Do you feel you need more time to process and integrate what is coming up for you in a Craniosacral session? If so, this session is for you. This dynamic service is done fully clothed and uses light touch to palpitate areas of the brain, spinal cord, diaphragms, and sacrum to facilitate regulation in the central nervous system. Explore where your body is holding tension and what emotions and past experiences are attached to that constriction through Somato- Emotional- Release (SER) dialogue. Includes pre-and post session integrative conversation to help you make connections and ground the experience that came up on the table. Table time does not surpass 70 mins. You are given tools of visualization, self inquiry, and grounding practices such as pranayama breath work, mindfulness, and somatic based techniques to help you further integrate what surfaces for you.
Cancellation Policy
Please be advised of the policies for this office. Your signature below signifies acceptance of these policies. Cancellation A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of an appointment, or you will be charged in full for the appointment. Payment is due before your next appointment. Tardiness Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment. Rescheduling If desired to reschedule your appointment, 24 hour notice or more will be required, there is no fee for rescheduling. If you do miss your appointment or fail to reschedule before a 24 hour period, you are then responsible for paying the missed appointment/late cancellation fees. Which will be to pay in full for the original appointment fee. Assignment of Benefits Your signature below authorizes and directs payment of your session to the practitioner for services provided by this office.
