Service Description
In these sessions I invite you into a deeper awareness of your somatic experience of your body, underlying subconscious belief structures and and how this plays out in your day to- day life. I use tools of mindfulness, somatic tracking, pendulation, tapping, breath-work, and stream of consciousness journaling to formulate practices to navigate overwhelming emotional patterns stuck in the body, form new narratives, and begin to make choices that feel in alignment with you authentic and empowered self.
Cancellation Policy
Please be advised of the policies for this office. Your signature below signifies acceptance of these policies. Cancellation A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of an appointment, or you will be charged in full for the appointment. Payment is due before your next appointment. Tardiness Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment. Rescheduling If desired to reschedule your appointment, 24 hour notice or more will be required, there is no fee for rescheduling. If you do miss your appointment or fail to reschedule before a 24 hour period, you are then responsible for paying the missed appointment/late cancellation fees. Which will be to pay in full for the original appointment fee. Assignment of Benefits Your signature below authorizes and directs payment of your session to the practitioner for services provided by this office.
