Join us for an incredible evening of connecting to our bodies, our hearts, and community! Enjoy a playful vinyasa and hatha flow accompanied by the ritual of drinking ceremonial cacao, intentional journaling, guided meditation and Reiki healing!

About the event
The Buck Moon is full in Aquarius during Leo season ~urging us to step into our creative fire, explore our uniqueness and playful energy. Open to life with a sense of wonder and curiosity.
Join us as we build heat, get creative, and explore our bodies through a blend of hatha and vinyasa flow concluding with optional craniosacral supportive touch in savasasana ~led by Olivia Johnson.
Followed by the ceremonial ritual of drinking cacao, while integrating what is rising up in our bodies through intentional journaling. Concluding the night with a lovely restorative guided mediation and Reiki healing led by Daniel Fisher.
